Tucker Freight Company Drivers

Tucker offers company driving positions for all of our divisions. We offer salaried, hourly, and per-mile pay packages. The pay package varies based on what fleet a driver is a part of. In addition, Tucker offers very affordable Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. Company employees can also enroll in short-term disability, long-term disability, Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, and HSA. All company drivers also are eligible for company-paid life insurance. Tucker Freight Lines offers PTO after one year of employment. In addition, Tucker Freight Lines offers holiday pay which drivers are eligible for after 30 days. Company drivers can also earn quarterly safety incentives as well as a  $100 clean inspection incentive. Company drivers can also make additional revenue with one of the best referral programs out there that pays $5,000 over the course of a year.
