Tucker Freight Seeking a Driver Recruiter

Description

Driver Recruiter wanted with exceptional communication skills. We have a very solid flow of potential drivers and are looking to expand our team as we continue to grow. Organization and follow through are key parts to being successful. 

Duties & Responsibilities

· Follow up calls with potential recruiting leads

· Communicate through hiring process with recruits leads via phone, text, email

· Gather and source potential recruiting leads via recruiting software

· Professionally represent the company at meetings, conferences, and events.

· On-board new hires within company standards

· Complete pre-hire files and ensure onboarding process

· Track and manage outbound and incoming calls and report status changes

· Maintain relationship with recruits and assist as needed

· Report and communicate recruiting update to recruiting team weekly

· Ensure compliance during recruiting process

Requirements

· Positive attitude

· High School diploma or equivalent education

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work independently and strong follow-up skills

· Understanding of transportation and logistics is preferred, but not required

· Recruiting and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required
