Jordan Pape - Chief Assets & Sustainability Officer

Jordan Pape has been part of the trucking industry his entire life. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in transportation, he gained an early understanding of what it takes to run and grow a successful operation. He officially joined Art Pape Transfer in 2006, continuing a legacy built by his grandfather and father. 

After years of hands-on experience across operations and leadership, Jordan became Co-Owner in 2015 and helped guide the company through a period of steady expansion and innovation. When Art Pape Transfer was rebranded as Tucker Freight Lines in 2018 under new ownership, Jordan remained with the company, taking on the role of Director of Maintenance before advancing to Chief Assets & Sustainability Officer. 

Today, Jordan plays a vital role in shaping Tucker’s long-term strategy through innovation, efficiency, and environmental responsibility. He is deeply committed to advancing sustainability initiatives that reduce the company’s carbon footprint while strengthening fleet performance and reliability. 

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time outdoors and on the Mississippi River during the summer months.
