Donna Quinn - Chief Financial Officer

Donna brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience to Tucker Freight Lines, with a career rooted in accounting, strategic planning, and operational support across complex, highly regulated industries. After spending over 14 years in the banking as Controller then Chief Financial Officer, she transitioned into the transportation industry in 2015, where she gained firsthand experience with the financial challenges, pace, and precision required to support trucking operations. 

Her background includes financial preparation and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and supporting leadership teams through growth, change, and long term planning. These experiences sharpened her ability to balance financial discipline with practical decision making. After serving as Controller at Tucker Freight Lines, Donna recently stepped into the role of Chief Financial Officer, where she now supports the leadership team in guiding the company’s financial strategy and long term goals. 

Donna holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Clarke College, an MBA from the University of Dubuque, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Her deep understanding of financial operations and commitment to thoughtful leadership make her a valued part of the Tucker team. 

Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time outdoors and with her husband, family, friends, and her four granddaughters.
